- Select the code380 app.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel a subscription
All code380 subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your store account. It takes under a minute and stops the next renewal — you keep access until the current period ends.

- In the Play Store, tap your profile › Payments & subscriptions, or use the button below.
- Select the code380 app.
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
Refunds are handled through Google Play.
Account & data
Delete your account
Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but your account and data stay with us. To delete your account — or to remove all or part of your data — email our support team and we will take care of it.

- Cancel any active subscription first (steps above) so it does not renew.
- Email support@code380.com from the address linked to your account, or use the button below.
- Tell us the app and whether you want your whole account deleted or only part of your data removed.
To delete all or part of your data, email support@code380.com and tell us what you would like removed.
