Delete your account — Smallbee

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Smallbee (Android and iPhone), developed by CODE 380 LLC (ТОВ «Код 380»). You can delete your account in two ways: in the app, or by emailing support — no app needed.

1. In the app

Open Налаштування → Загальні (Settings → General) and tap «Видалити обліковий запис» (Delete account) at the bottom of the screen. Type the confirmation word the app shows.

• If you work without your own account (only on the venue's shared device), the organisation's owner can delete you — ask them.
• If the option is not available (for example, the subscription has ended, or you have not yet created or joined an organisation), use option 2.

2. Without the app — by email

Email support@code380.com with the subject "Delete my Smallbee account".

• Write from the address the account is registered with (or the Google or Apple address you sign in with). That is how we confirm the request comes from you.
• If you no longer have access to that address, describe the situation — we may ask for extra details to confirm it is you (for example, the organisation and venue name).
• We will complete the request and let you know within 30 days.

3. If you are the organisation's owner

• Deleting the owner's account deletes the whole organisation: every team member loses access.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in the store you paid through: Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions.

4. What happens after deletion

• Immediately: the account is marked as deleted and you lose access to the organisation's data.
• For 30 days the account can still be restored — contact support.
• After 30 days your sign-in details, PIN and notification tokens are permanently deleted.
• Messages already sent to your team's Telegram chats stay in those chats — we have no access to them.

5. Delete only part of your data

If you want to keep your account but remove certain data, email support@code380.com and tell us what to remove. We will respond within 30 days.
