By downloading, installing, or using the Go Slow mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

code380 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

3. Not medical advice

Go Slow is a fitness logging tool, not medical or training advice. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any new exercise program.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of any entries you record in the App. code380 does not claim any rights in your data.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. code380 does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, code380 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes

code380 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
